My role at JBS Properties is to keep you happy, up to date, and stress-free, a challenge I enjoy and have a passion for.

Manilyn brings over 9 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources, and Accounting. She assists in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures; manages and oversees the marketing, technology, administration of HR policies, programs and practices within the firm; she maintains financial and facilities management.

Manilyn works closely with the senior member’s of the management team of the firm since 2017.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, travelling, going to the gym, swimming and going to the beach with her family.

Roger studied Urban Estate Management at the University of Westminster in the United Kingdom where he obtained a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Management. After his studies, he worked in the U.K. for 4 years then returned to Grand Cayman.

Born and raised in the Cayman Islands, Roger has extensive local knowledge, ensuring a personalised and tailored service for all of his clients. Roger has both local and international experience which spans all aspects of real estate.
